&nbsp;:&nbsp;</div><div>नेशनल स्टूडेंट्स फेडरेशन(एनएसएफ) की ओर से पंजाब के सभी सरकारी व निजी विश्वविद्यालयों में छात्र यूनियन के चुनाव करवाने के लिए पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री प्रकाश सिंह बाद को एक ज्ञापन सौपेगा। इस के साथ साथ एनएसएफ की ओर से पंजाब के सभी विश्वविद्यालय के उपकुलपतियों को भी ज्ञापन सौंप कर विद्यार्थियों के लोकतांत्रिक अधिकार बहाल करने की मांग की जाएगी। संगठन जल्दी ही पंजाब के निजी स्कूलों की ओर से बच्चों के दाखिलों के लिए ली जाती भारी भरकम डोनेशनों के खिलाफ एक राज्य व्यापी अभियान भी शुरू करेगा। &nbsp;इस बात की जानकारी एनएसएफ के राज्य अध्यक्ष एडवोकेट गगन भाटिया और महासचिव राजविंदर राजा की ओर से दी गई ।&nbsp;</div><div>एनएसएफ के नेताओं ने कहा कि अगर पंजाब विश्वविद्यालय चंडीगढ़ में छात्र संगठन के चुनाव हो सकते है तो पंजाब के अन्य सरकारी व निजी विश्वविद्यालय में छात्र यूनियन के चुनाव क्यों नहीं हो सकते है। उन्होंने कहा कि पंजाब में सत्ताधारी आकाली भाजपा गठजोड़ को स्पष्ट हो चुका है कि राज्य के लोग उनके अति दुखी है इस लिए उनके विद्यार्थी विंग क्रमश: एसओआई और एबीवीपी को विद्यार्थी मूंह नहीं लगाएगे। यहीं वजह &nbsp;है कि पंजाब के विश्वविद्यालयों और कालेजों में चुनाव करवाने से अकाली- भाजपा गठजोड़ भाग रहा है।&nbsp;</div><div>एनएसएफ नेताओं ने कहा कि इस वक्त राज्य के विभिन्न निजी स्कूलों में भारी भरकम डोनेशन नर्सरी , केजी व एकेजी में बच्चों के दाखिलों के लिए वसूली जा रही है। यह डोनेशन अन्य फीसों के अलावा पचास हजार से लेकर एक लाख तक होती है। इस डोनेशन को निजी स्कूलों के प्रबंधक कोई भी हिसाब सरकार या कर विभाग को नहीं देते और जनता की खून पसीने की कमाई की लूट करके अथाह काला धन इक_ा कर रहे है। एनएसएफ पंजाब के अंदर निजी व कानवेट स्कूलों की इस धक्काशाही को किसी द्वारा आम जनता को लूट कर बनाई गई संपत्ति का सुख भोगने की इजाजत देंगे। पंजाब की आम जनता को नशा, कानूनी चक्करों , कारोबारों और घरों से बेदखल करके बनाए गए साम्राज्य को पंजाब की जतना जल्दी ही तहस नहस करके नया जन हित वाला सिस्टम स्थापित करके रहेगी। मन्ना ने कहा कि पंजाब के चेतन हो चुके लोगों को अब सत्ताधारियों की कोई भी साजिश अपने हित्तों का न तो शिकार बना सकती है और न ही उनके खून के साथ होली खेलने की पर मौजूद एक युवक के ब्यानों के अनुसार पुलिस पार्टी द्वारा मुक्खा की हत्या करने के बाद वहां पहुंचे एक डीसीपी के आदेशों पर ही मुक्खा की कार की प्लेटे उतारी गई थी ताकि बाद में इस घटना को बिना नंबर वाली प्लेट वाली कार का बहाना बना कर इस एनकाउंटर को सही व कानूनी रूप दिया जा सके। युवक का तो परिवार के सदस्यों को यह भी कहना था कि जब यह घटना हुई तो वह वहा खाड़ा था एक पुलिस अधिकारी के आदेशों पर उसका मोबाईल छीन लिया गया और पांच छह पुलिस कर्मचारियों ने उसे लम्बा समय सडक़ के निकारे घेरे रखा था। इस दौरान एक डीसीपी के आदेशों पर कार की नंबर प्लेट उतार दी गई। एनएसएफ नेताओं ने कहा कि मामले की जांच किसी स्पेशनल विद्यार्थी संगठन नेशनल स्टूडेंट्स फेडरेशन(एनएसएफ) के अपनी स्थापना के बाद पहली बार संगठन के अध्यक्ष का चुनाव करने का फैसला ले लिया है। संगठन की पंजाब प्रदेश कार्यकारिणी कमेटी के अध्यक्ष पद का चुनाव 18 अगस्त को होगा। इस के लिए राज्य स्तरीय एक चुनाव कमेटी गठित कर दी है। संगठन की वर्ष 199० में हुई स्थापना के बाद पहली बार राज्य अध्यक्ष का चुनाव हो रहा है। चुनाव कमेटी में सेंट्रल कोर कमेटी के तीन सदस्यों सतविंदर सिंह , गुरिंदर सिंह जौहल और पवन पुंज को शामिल किया गया है। इस बात की जानकारी एनएसएफ के महासचिव राजविंदर सिंह राजा की ओर से दी गई है।&nbsp;<br>एनएसएफ नेता ने कहा कि संगठन के पुर्नगठन व आने वाले विधान सभा चुनावों में विशेष भूमिका निभाने को मुख्य रखते हुए ही संगठन की चुनाव प्रक्रिया शुरू की गई है। इस से पहले संगठन में सभी नियुक्यिां बिना चुनावों के ही हुआ करती थी। संगठन के अंदर लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया को मजबूत बनाने के लिए ही संगठन के चुनाव करने का फैसला केंद्रीय कोर कमेटी ने लिया है। इस वक्त पंजाब के अंदर संगठन के दो लाख 76 हजार सदस्य है। एक्टिव सदस्यों की संख्या दिसंबर के color: rgb(20, 24, 35); font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19.32px;"><br>- जांच के दौरान सर्बजीत की कथित बेटी को हटाया जाए नायब तहसीलदार के पद से&nbsp;<br>- पंजाब सरकार ने बिना जांच क्यों करोड़ों रूपये से सम्मानित कर दिया सर्बजीत का कथित परिवार<br>- सरकार ने जांच न करवाई तो दायर की जाएगी जन हित याचिका&nbsp;<span class="text_exposed_show" style="display: inline;"><br>अमृतसर, 23 सितंबर :<br>नेशनल स्टूडेंट्स फेडरेशन(एनएसएफ) की पंजाब प्रदेश कार्यकारिणी कमेटी ने मांग की है कि पाकिस्तानी जेल में कैदियों के हमले दौरान मारे गए भारतीय कैदी सर्बजीत सिंह की बहन और उसकी बेटी की सचाई हाई कोर्ट के सिटिंग न्यायाधीश से करवाई जाए। इस से पहले सर्बजीत की कथित बेटी जिसे नायब तहसीलदार जलांधर में तैनात किया गया है उसे पद से हटाया जाएा। वहीं उन अधिकारियों के खिलाफ भी विभागीय जांच शुरू की जाए जिन अधिकारियों ने बिना कोई जांच किये सर्बजीत के परिवार के सदस्यों की सार्थकता को क्लीन चिट दे दी है।&nbsp;<br>एनएसएफ के राज्य अध्यक्ष एडवोकेट गगन भाटिया और महासचिव राजविंदर राजा ने कहा कि यह पंजाब सरकार के लिए एक शर्मनाक बात है कि सरकार के प्रतिनिधियों और अधिकारियों ने बिना किसी जांच के ही सर्बजीत के परिवार के सदस्यों संबंधी क्लीन चिट जारी करे आम जनता के करोड़ों रूपये लुटा दिये है। जबकि सर्बजीत की असली बहन और उसकी पत्नी ने समय समय पर सर्बजीत के बेटियों और बहन के संबंध में भी कई सवाल उठाए थे।&nbsp;<br>एनएसएफ नेताओ ने कहा कि आज समय की जरूरत है कि यह सच सामने आए सर्बजीत क्या सच में शराब के नशें में सीमा पर करके पाकिस्तान चला गया था या फिर उसे एक प्लानिंग के तहत पाकिस्तान भेजा गया था । वहीं यह भी सामने आने की जरूरत है कि सर्र्बजीत का असली परिवार कौन है। सरकार ने नकली परिवार के सदस्यों को किस आधार पर सरकारें ग्रांटे दे दी और किस आधार पर उस लडक़ी को सरकार नौकरी प्रदान कर दी जो असल में सर्बजीत की बेटी ही नहीं है। किस आधार पर एक गैस एजेंसी अलाट कर दी गई जबकि गैस एजेंसी को अब कोई और ही चला रहा है। अगर सर्बजीत शराब ने नशा में पाकिस्तान गया था तो बादल सरकार ने उसे सरकारी शहीद कैसे एलान कर दिया। बिना कोई जांच किये सर्बजीत को सरकार शहीद एलान करना और असलीयत की पहचान के घिरी उसकी बेटी और बहन आदि को किस आधार पर आम जनता का सरकारी पैसा लुटा दिया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर पंजाब सरकार ने इस सारे मामले में हाईकोर्ट के सिटिंग जज से जांच न करवाई तो एनएसएफ इस मामले को लेकर हाई कोर्ट में जन हित याचिका दायर करने के लिए मजबूर होगी। इस अवसर पर एनएसएफ के वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष सतविंदर सिंह , सचिव राजबीर सिंह और जिला अध्यक्ष ठाकुर विजय सिंह आदि भी मौजूद थे।</span></p><div class="text_exposed_show" style="display: inline;
