The agitaton of employees of Khalsa college against the college administration continue Friday. After the exam the teaching and non teaching staff of the college gathered at the college campus outside the office of Principal Daljit Singh and lauded the slogans against the anti employee policies of college management. Prof. SS rani the leaders of employees leaded the agitators and announced their agitation will continue till the management has not withdraw the decision to establish the Khalsa University at college campus. We are demanding to shift the news private Khalsa university to another place. We are also demanding to save our services rights.
Staff members of the college also staged the protest rally out side the residence of college principal and also lauded the slogans out side the office of management committee. The ladies staff members of the college also participated in this agitation. Students Organization National Students Federation( NSF) also supported the agitation of the college teachers. Baljinder Singh Bind the President of NSF said if the private university established then the education will be costly and will out of the approach of the medium and poor family students. The services rights of employees of the college will also violate if the private university established at the college campus. All the students of the college are with the agitator staff members.
