prejudiced and arbitrary attitude of Jamia Millia Islamia toward the Dalit
Students .
Surender Kumar , who has been denied admission in Ph.d in AJK Mass Communication
Research Admission three time even after the qualifying all India entrance
examination .
Surender Kumar has been trying to take admission in Ph.D in the AJK Mass
Communication research Centre Jamia Millia Islamia , and has made three attempt,
but prejudices of Jamia has forced him to knock the door of Delhi High Court
It is a point to be noted that the Professors of the Centreof AJKMCRC has
problem with his Research Topic he want to do research i.e Dalits Studies in
Cinema
Every time the respective centre has cited very absurd reasons for denying him
admission like, your topic has no scholarly importance or proposal is not
properly designed
Surrender Kumar applied under the reserve Category for SC /ST but Jamia is not
ready to fill the seats reserved for the SC ST candidates, even they have been
following irrational and prejudiced tradition against Dalit Students for a very
long time , it has come out when Surender Kumar took the record of admission of
SC ST candidate of last three years , in which he has found that around 25-35 %
SC/ ST students are not given admission on fake grounds.
