NSF Supports The demands Of Khalsa College Teachers

The 120 year old Sikh  Institute  Khalsa College has been converting into a private university. To stop the process of converting Khalsa College into a private university , t5he teaching and no teaching staff of college started the agitation against the decision of college management and principal of the college. LETTER TO SWISS COURT IS AGAINST CONSTITUTION OF PAKISTAN, 1973.

The Law Ministry on Thursday (today) sent the summary regarding the reopening of the Swiss cases against President Asif Ali Zardari to Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani in which it is stated that according to Article 248 of the Constitution of Pakistan, 1973, no incumbent president can be prosecuted in and abroad, as he has the immunity under Article 248.
